Shelly is amazing! The prongs holding the stone on my engagement ring kept coming loose and I was worried I’d lose the stone. I’d had them tightened before but it was clear the issue would keep happening so I realized I needed to get the whole thing reset. I texted shelly a picture of my ring and she immediately saw why the problem kept happening and worked with me to redesign my ring in a more secure way while staying in my price range. She made sure the design was exactly how I wanted it and really listened to me. I just got my ring back and it is absolutely perfect. I can’t say enough about how happy I am and how wonderful Shelly is.

If I could give more stars I would. Shelly took her time with a box full of items from my great, great grandparents treasures., some of value and some sentimental. She explained the process of re-sale, re-make, or keep and explained thoroughly the options and process. I really valued the care, sensitivity and consideration she took with these sentimental items. In no way did I feel pushed into a decision or agenda. She encouraged me to take my time, to make a good decision which I would be happy with and what my family would be happy with. She has high integrity. Most of all I was impressed with her care for family treasures and the meaning and importance they have. Shelly is a joy! I trust Shelly and highly recommend her.
