Platinum Padparadscha Sapphire & Trillion Diamond Ring 2.16ct Oval, 0.70ctw Diamonds, Size 5.75
Description:
Crafted in platinum, this ring contains one oval faceted natural sapphire weighing 2.16 carats, secured in a six-prong head. The sapphire displays a pink-orange color known in the trade as padparadscha and is accompanied by an AIGS Gemstone Identification Report dated August 8, 2014.
Per the AIGS report, the sapphire measures 8.72 × 7.31 × 4.24 mm, is identified as natural sapphire, and includes the comment: “This color is known in the trade as Padparadscha.” The stone has been heat tested, which is standard for sapphire color enhancement.
Flanking the center stone are two (2) trillion-cut diamonds with an approximate total weight of 0.70 carats, graded G–H color and VS clarity. The clean triangular diamonds frame the oval center and give the ring a balanced, elegant profile.
The ring weighs 5.49 grams and is a finger size 5.75.
