Shipping Policy:
Good news! We ship to all corners of the United States, both online and in-store. Your package is in good hands—we fully insure it and make it signature-required via FedEx. Once your item is ready to embark on its journey, we'll gift you a tracking number. If you prefer a different delivery method, drop us an email at shelly@devinejeweler.com
UPS: 2 Days Estimated Delivery (Signature Required) for $29. And here's a little treat: if your item exceeds $2500, we'll happily waive the shipping fee.
Order Cancellation Policy:
If you've had a change of heart, worry not! You can cancel your order within 12 hours of payment by shooting me an email. I am here to make it hassle-free for you.
Exchange Policy: 30-Day Window for Exchanges
I recognize that situations may not always unfold as anticipated. While I do not provide refunds, I gladly accommodate exchanges within a 30-day timeframe. This policy extends to both in-stock items and custom orders. In the event that the value of the new item is lower than the original purchase, store credit will be issued. The store credit is versatile and can be utilized with myself or online without any expiration date.
For an exchange to be eligible, the item must be in impeccable, unworn condition and must include all original packaging.
Restocking Fee:
Anytime my business does not recover credit card processing fees there will be a restocking fee of 10% applied to the customer. Many credit card processing companies, including PayPal, do not refund fees. I appreciate your understanding in this matter.
